Abstract

This project involved a comprehensive branding and website redesign for Zahnarzt-Tunjan, a well-established dental practice in Berlin-Marzahn with over 30 years of experience. The goal was to create a modern, professional online presence that reflects the practice’s commitment to precision, reliability, and patient care, while maintaining a sense of warmth and trustworthiness.

Approach

The branding and website design were guided by a philosophy of understated elegance and professional clarity. The visual language emphasizes clean lines, a calm color palette, and high-quality imagery to convey a sense of confidence and competence. The website layout prioritizes easy navigation and access to key information, reflecting the practice’s commitment to patient convenience.

Solution

New Logo

A new logo was developed, retaining typical dentist visuals while incorporating a contemporary bold nearly geometric visual style that reflects the uniform of the staff.

Color Palette

A calming color palette of muted blues and vibrant turquoise was selected to evoke a sense of medical tradition, trust and well-being. While the dark blue is the primary color, turquoise acts as the accent color for buttons and focus points.

Typography

A combination of a legible sans-serif typeface for body text and a clean sans-serif typeface for headings was chosen to ensure readability and visual hierarchy.

Website Layout & Features

The website features a clear and straight forward layout without fancy playfulness. Adapted for long-time customers who know their dentist. Features such as the ability to easily change opening hours via WordPress CMS or request appointments were incorporated. The site is fully responsive and easy to find via search engines.
