Problem

Bekannt ohne Budget is a startup coaching provider based in Cologne. The challenge was to visually communicate their core message of effective communication for small businesses and strengthen Carolin Gattermann’s credibility as an expert. The core claim is that even without significant advertising budgets, small companies can achieve great goals through the right communication in the digital age.

Approach

We developed a corporate design that reflects Bekannt ohne Budget’s core values – clarity, pragmatism, and digital relevance. This included designing a logo, a color palette, and typography. The presentation was designed to visually illustrate coaching methods and communicate the benefits to potential clients.

Solution

The new corporate design features a modern and handmade feeling logo that symbolizes growth and progress. The color palette is bold and outgoing like the typography rendered as stenciled. The presentation utilizes rugged edges of the overall brand feeling to evoke the look of a DIY or startup mentality.

Impact

The new corporate design and presentation were positively received by Carolin Gattermann and contribute to positioning the BoB brand as a competent and reliable partner for small businesses. The presentation is now actively used for client meetings and online presentations.

Learnings

This project underscored the importance of a strong visual identity for startups. Even with limited resources, a well-thought-out corporate design and a compelling presentation can make a significant difference.
